- Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are taken automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
- Failure to make payment may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of services.
- Cancel Anytime Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- There are no long-term contracts unless explicitly stated.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to receive services until the end of the paid period.
- No further charges will be taken after cancellation.
Cancellations can be requested by:

- No Refunds for Used Periods
- Payments already made for a billing period are non-refundable.

- Client Responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, clients must:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Respond to requests for approvals or access
- Ensure compliance with platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.)
Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication may affect delivery timelines.
- Platform & Third-Party Policies
Some services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, hosting providers).
- MAYZEL DIGITAL is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by third parties.
- Ad accounts, websites, and tools remain subject to each platform’s own terms.
- Suspension or Termination by MAYZEL DIGITAL
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if:
- Abuse, harassment, or unethical behaviour occurs
- Platform policies are repeatedly violated
- Payment failures continue
- The service is misused or requested for unlawful purposes
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- Intellectual Property
- All strategies, designs, code, and materials created by MAYZEL DIGITAL remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
- Upon active subscription and payment, clients are granted usage rights for their business.
- Limitation of Liability
MAYZEL DIGITAL shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profit, or business
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Platform account suspensions or policy enforcement actions
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription during the affected billing period.
